Double Team Studios wants NES-inspired compositions with modern electronic production: melodies that can be hummed, energetic rhythms and bright, punchy instrumentation, with references running from Ninja Gaiden II, Mega Man 3 and Kirby's Adventure to La-Mulana and LukHash. It rules out strict NES soundfont recreation, ambient or orchestral scoring, melody-light tracks and AI. The number of tracks, their length and the budget are open, and it asks for your typical rate.
