Paid per finished minute rather than as a flat fee, with the total set by the approved scope, which is a more honest structure than most briefs at this level offer. The direction is specific about restraint — eerie music-box motifs, subtle mechanical texture and character themes, explicitly not jumpscare music — and AI-generated music is refused outright, stated twice in the brief. It is a non-commercial Five Nights at Freddy's fan series, and ten composers had submitted in the first three days.
