Roughly $50 a minute on a commission basis for a self-funded action game with a stylised anime cast. The references are unusually consistent — Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, No More Heroes, Zenless Zone Zero, industrial rock and EDM at high tempo — and the developer steers explicitly away from cyberpunk, which saves a round of guesswork. They want someone involved early enough to help set the audio direction rather than deliver to a finished spec.
